Important Information

  • All registrants, including industry practitioners and scholars, should register as regular registrants.
  • To receive the student rate, you must be an active student in 2025. Provide your affiliation information during the registration process.
  • Early registration is strongly recommended as some of the activities may be limited to capacity.
  • Registration is not available from October 16 to November 16.

Check Point for Authors

  • Conference regular (including early bird) registration allows the attendee to have up to 2 papers included in the conference and proceedings, with the exception of student registration, which allows 1 paper to be included.
  • Authors must be registered for the conference by September 30, 2025, or their paper will be withdrawn.
  • All accepted papers must be presented at the conference.

Payment Method

Credit Card

  • For credit card payments, the registration fee will be subject to credit card processing fees.
  • Credit cards for USD payments: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express (Amex)
  • Overseas pay the amount in KRW when making a credit card payment during on-site registration
    (The card must be capable of making international transactions).

Bank Transfer

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For cancellation, email (kicem2@kicem.or.kr) by October 17, 2025.
  • KRW 140,000 (or USD 100) processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • There are no cancellations after October 17, 2025.
